Online Tax Forms

Your 2023 IRS tax forms will be available online within 3 business days after they are mailed.

• Form 1099-DIV will be mailed by January 31
• Form 1099-B will be mailed by February 15

*External factors such as complex or late adjustments can affect availability of some tax forms.

BP does not offer the option to receive dividend payments in the form of a paper check. As a shareholder, you have two options to receive your dividends timely and securely. You have the option to have dividend payments automatically deposited to your bank account or reinvested. Click below for more information.
